  • Q. Can I get a credit card receipt?

    1. General Credit Card (NICE PAY)

    Receipts are available for payments made with credit or debit cards.

    You will receive a receipt if you choose the email option during payment.

    You can view and issue credit card receipts by clicking on the specific booking in your Booking List. (Available on PC only)

    If you require a receipt at a later date,

    please contact us via email including the Space Name and Reservation Date.

    2. NAVER Pay (Easy Payment)

    You can print your credit card receipt by going to NAVER Pay, selecting the booking, and clicking 'Print Receipt'.

    For inquiries regarding NAVER Pay transactions, please contact the NAVER Pay Customer Center directly.

  • Q. How do I make a reservation at the COREA CONFERENCE CENTER?

    Cancellations and changes to reservations are allowed; however, cancellation fees may apply according to the policy below.

    7 days before the event: 90% refund
    6 days before the event: 80% refund
    5 days before the event: 70% refund
    4 days before the event: 60% refund
    3 days before the event: 50% refund
    2 days before the event: 30% refund

    Day of the event: Non-refundable (0% refund)
